4Rissa was founded in 2000 as a family-run eBay store. We have been of service for over 16 years and counting!

What is the status of my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship all over the world! Shipping prices are reflected in your shopping cart upon checkout. 
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship your order within 1 business day of payment. Depending on the shipping method chosen and your location, domestic orders can take from 1 to 9 business days and international orders can take from 2 to 8 weeks. 
 

How do I track my order?

After shipping your order, we send you an email with the tracking number(s) which you can use to track your package(s) on USPS.com, PackageTrackr or BoxOh.
 

What is your return policy?

You are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of payment.
All items must be in their original packaging in unused condition. Clothing items must have original tags attached. Please contact us by email at Rissa@4Rissa.com or by phone at (215) 550-7100 before returning your order. You will receive a refund upon receiving your return.
 

How do I exchange my item(s)?

You are more than welcome to exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of payment.
All items must be in their original packaging in unused condition. Clothing items must have original tags attached. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges of the exchanged items.
